Skilled Welder
Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and skilled Welder responsible for fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing metal structures and equipment while ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication of metal components using appropriate welding techniques.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work specifications.
- Repair and maintain damaged metal structures, machinery, and equipment.
- Operate welding equipment and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Ensure proper maintenance of welding tools and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or Technical/Vocational Certification in Welding or related field.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years hands-on experience as a professional welder.
- Proficiency in Arc Welding, MIG Welding, TIG Welding, Gas Welding, and Metal Fabrication.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use fabrication tools effectively.
- Strong understanding of welding safety procedures and equipment handling.
