• Dreamlife Studios is hiring a Senior Marketing & Campaign Executive to support execution across major client brands and campaigns.
• This is not an entry-level social media role.
• We’re looking for someone who can help drive structured execution across content, campaigns, brand communication, and marketing operations while maintaining professionalism, accountability, and consistency under pressure.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

• coordinate campaign execution from start to finish
• manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• oversee content and social media execution across platforms
• work closely with creators, editors, designers, and marketers
• identify and improve underperforming content
• communicate clearly and proactively during campaigns
• maintain structure during fast-moving execution periods
• think commercially, not just creatively
• You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered professionally and client accounts remain operationally organized.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in marketing, campaign management, or agency environments
• strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and digital content performance
• experience coordinating campaigns or creative execution
• working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro
• strong organizational and communication skills
• ability to work under pressure without losing structure
• strong sense of accountability and follow-through
• professional maturity and operational discipline
• knowledge or experience within lifestyle, event, hospitality, entertainment, or experiential brands is a strong advantage
