Senior Lawyer
Position Overview
- A reputable law firm in Portharcourt is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Lawyer with at least 7 years of post-call experience to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have an exceptional advisory skills, and a proven track record of managing complex legal issues including but not limited to:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, policies, and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and manage disputes.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on current laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk.
- Mentor and supervise junior legal staff.
Requirements
