Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Senior Finance Manager to join our Finance team:

• Financial Oversight: Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll, bank reconciliations,
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling financial forecasts to guide business strategy.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the Head of department.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and manage both internal and external audit processes.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align financial plans with organizational goals.
