School Programme Manager
Role Overview
- The School Programme Manager will serve as the programme lead responsible for the successful implementation and management of the NCDF Impact Club School Programme within assigned schools or territories.
- This role requires strong programme management, stakeholder coordination, leadership, and operational problem-solving capabilities.
- The manager will oversee programme delivery, coordinate with school leadership and teachers, supervise facilitators where applicable, and ensure the programme operates effectively and achieves its educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management
- Lead the implementation of the NCDF Impact Club School Programme within assigned schools
- Develop programme schedules and coordinate delivery across participating schools
- Ensure the curriculum is delivered in line with NCDF standards and guidelines
- Monitor programme quality, student participation, and educational outcomes
School Partnership Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between NCDF Impact Club and partner schools
- Work closely with school principals, administrators, and teachers to ensure programme integration into school activities
- Build strong relationships with school leadership and education stakeholders
Team Coordination
- Coordinate and supervise programme facilitators and teachers delivering the curriculum
- Provide guidance and support to facilitators where necessary
- Ensure consistency and quality in programme delivery
Problem Resolution & Operational Oversight
- Identify and resolve operational challenges affecting programme delivery
- Manage scheduling issues, school coordination challenges, and logistical matters
- Escalate critical issues to the NCDF Regional Programme Office where required
Student Development & Programme Activities
- Support entrepreneurship and investment learning activities
- Coordinate student participation in programme competitions and events
- Prepare participating schools for the Young Investors & Innovators Summit
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track student participation and programme outcomes
- Maintain programme records and performance reports
- Submit periodic implementation reports to NCDF regional management
Compliance & Safeguarding
- Ensure compliance with child protection policies and programme governance standards
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards in programme operations
Qualification Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, programme management, or youth development initiatives
- Experience coordinating school programmes or educational initiatives
- Strong leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Economics, Business Studies, Commerce, or Financial Education
- Experience managing multi-school programmes or education initiatives
- Exposure to entrepreneurship education or financial literacy programmes
- Experience supervising teams or coordinating facilitators
