Sales Agent
A renowned bakery in Lagos is seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales across assigned locations and channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell bakery products to retail customers, corporate clients, and distributors
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop customer relationships
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
- Maintain strong product knowledge and represent the brand professionally
- Support marketing activations and product sampling when required
Requirements
- OND/HND degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous sales experience (FMCG or food industry experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Good knowledge of Lagos routes and markets
Remuneration
Salary + Commission (performance-based incentives)
