Roaming Support & Analyst
Salary: 230,000 Monthly Net
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with Legal and Regulatory teams for new AA12 & AA13 IRA closure for roaming partners.
- Reinitiate and close IRA and service gaps to prevent negative audit reports.
- Reconcile and validate roaming partner test records against internal data and ensure accurate processing by the data clearing house.
- Coordinate routine testing and validation for new roaming partners, products, and services to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Review audit issues related to roaming controls and ensure timely resolution of outstanding matters.
- Monitor and report roaming traffic trends per revenue stream; analyze, investigate, and resolve traffic discrepancies.
- Manage roaming SIM test cards (Inbound & Outbound).
- Supervise periodic roaming hygiene tests in collaboration with the IREG team.
- Provide first-line support for international roaming subscriber complaints.
Requirements
- First Degree in Finance, Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Analysis or Revenue Assurance.
- Strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
- Proficiency in ACL (Audit Command Language).
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Business acumen and attention to detail.
- Proactive, resilient, and results-driven.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
