Retail Associate
Job Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, supporting daily store operations, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience while contributing to sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers professionally and provide product information.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Support promotional and sales activities within the store.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification or equivalent.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must reside on Lagos Island, Victoria Island, or Lekki (preferred).
Working Schedule:
- Days: Monday – Saturday
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
