Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role located in Lagos.
• The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Key tasks include identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves working closely with internal departments to enhance service delivery, preparing reports, and supporting business development efforts to expand the institute’s reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in client engagement, active listening, and resolving conflicts
• Basic understanding of counseling, psychotherapy, or a similar field is an advantage
• Experience in lead generation, networking, and partnering with relevant organizations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in report preparation and presentation delivery
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, business administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM tools and other digital platforms is a plus
• Ability to manage and develop key initiatives
