Reinsurance Manager
- The Reinsurmce Manager is responsible developing, implementing, and managing the companys reinsurance progrcm in compliance with NAICOM regulations.
- The role ensures optimal risk retention, capital protection, profitability, and alignment with inch.stry best practices.
Our Minimum Qualifications
- BachelorS degree Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification leg, ACII, FCII, CIIN or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10—15 years’ experience in insurance, with at least S years in reinsurance
- Proven experience treaty negotiation md facultative placements.
