Refrigerator & AC Technician
Salary: 110-120k (inexperienced), 150-200k (experienced)
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Refrigerator and AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing and maintaining refrigeration and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install new refrigeration and air conditioning units in residential and commercial settings.
- Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on refrigeration and AC systems to ensure efficiency and longevity.
- Repair: Diagnose and repair faults in refrigeration and air conditioning systems, including compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues and recommend solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment.
Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a refrigerator and AC technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Familiarity with various refrigerants and their handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
