Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Project Manager
Job Summary
- The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
- The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
- Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for projects
- Manage procurement, including tendering and contract administration
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts
- Track project progress and handle variations and claims
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers
