Property Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Property Manager to join our real estate and property management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties.
- Coordination of maintenance, repairs, and service providers.
- Rent collection, service charge administration, and reporting to property owners.
- Tenant management, inspections, and compliance with lease terms.
- Preparation of property management reports and documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc or HND in Estate Management and Valuation from a recognized institution
- Advanced training and hands-on experience in managing multi-residential and commercial properties.
- Strong knowledge of tenancy administration, rent collection, service charge management, and property maintenance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties efficiently.
