General Responsibility

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Building Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our building construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery. Other responsibilities which will help achieve this include:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including contractors and suppliers.
• Resolve all technical issues on site and esclate when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and quality.
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and client requirements.
• Manage project close-out, including final inspections and handovers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in building construction project management.
• Prior experience of at least 10 years as a site manager.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering building construction projects including 3 high rise buildings.
• Excellent leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.

Skills

• Experience in site supervision of construction works.
• Ability to use MS project.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to architecture and construction.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in architectural design and construction (Auto Cad, Revit, etc.)
• Creative design ability
• Ability to travel to construction sites and project locations as needed.
