Role Description

• The Project Management Instructor is a full-time, on-site role based in Warri. The Instructor will be responsible for designing, delivering, and facilitating comprehensive project management training programs in line with industry best practices. This includes preparing course materials, guiding trainees through project planning and execution methodologies, and fostering an interactive learning environment. The role also includes evaluating training outcomes to ensure participants acquire practical and applicable skills.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning
• Advanced Program Management and Analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with expertise in engaging and mentoring learners
• Ability to design and implement effective and practical training programs
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other related qualifications are highly advantageous
• Proven experience in training or mentoring, particularly within the project management domain
• Knowledge of industry-specific project management practices (e.g., Oil & Gas or Manufacturing sectors) is a plus
