It creates a safe and powerful space for conversations around health, empowerment, leadership, youth development, and nation-building, especially for young people and underserved communities.
Program Focus:
- Curating speakers, organizing talks, managing themes, coordinating panels, and expanding community reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 12-month program plan for the assigned initiative
- Coordinate volunteers, partners, speakers, facilitators, and beneficiaries
- Manage timelines, activities, and program documentation
- Track impact metrics and submit monthly progress reports
- Collaborate with other Program Managers to strengthen cross-program synergy
- Represent the initiative in meetings, reviews, and public-facing activities

Method of Application
- Henosis Medical Outreaches deliver basic healthcare services, health education, and screenings to underserved communities, in collaboration with volunteer health professionals.
