Production Officer
JOB SUMMARY
Kuhl-Cher is recruiting graduates for the Production Leadership Program at FoodCo Nigeria Limited, providing hands-on experience across cooking, bakery, pastry, and food production processes while building leadership skills.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Graduates passionate about food production, quality, and operational efficiency, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn all aspects of food production and SOPs
- Assist in production schedules and inventory management
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Support process improvement and recipe development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
- Document production processes, quality checks and outputs
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree / Higher National Diploma in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field
- 0–2 years post-NYSC experience
- Age limit: 27 years
TECHNICAL & ANALYTICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet production deadlines
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, production techniques, and hygiene practices
- Experience with inventory and production software is an added advantage
- Critical-thinking skills and ability to solve operational problems efficiently
