Personal Executive Assistant (Private Affairs)

Role Summary

The Personal Executive Assistant (Private Affairs) will provide high-level personal support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth coordination of her household, family obligations, and select administrative responsibilities. The role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Household & Domestic Oversight

  • Supervise and coordinate house staff to ensure duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and general household operations.
  • Address and escalate any issues relating to household management when necessary.

Family & Healthcare Coordination

  • Coordinate and schedule hospital visits for the Managing Director’s parents.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers and ensure appointments are attended as scheduled.
  • Maintain records of medical appointments, reports, and follow-ups.
  • Provide logistical support for hospital visits where required.

Scheduling & Calendar Management

  • Manage selected personal and semi-professional appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings and ensure proper scheduling to avoid conflicts.
  • Send reminders and follow up on key engagements.

Email & Correspondence Management

  • Manage aspects of the Managing Director’s personal email correspondence.
  • Draft and respond to emails as directed.
  • Flag important communications and prioritize urgent matters.

Administrative & Personal Support

  • Run personal errands when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters relating to the Managing Director and her family.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support as needed.
