Payroll Officer
- Develop and manage compensation frameworks.
- Oversee payroll processing and reconciliation.
- Administer benefits (HMO, pensions, allowances, etc.).
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PAYE, pensions, etc.).
- Prepare compensation reports for management.
