Partnerships & Fundraising Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Research partners, identify and source partnership opportunities for programs delivery/implementations, and to scale-up impact across countries.
- Responsible for researching funding opportunities on local and international levels.
- Preparing, submitting, and managing funding opportunities and grant proposals/reports.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline + 5 years of communication and partnership development experience.
- A masters degree is an added advantage.
- Proven ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including, partners and donors.
- Knowledge of fundraising strategies.
- Experience working on local or international donor-funded programs.
- Experience with grant writing, budgeting, proposals, or fundraising.
- Ability to work with local, regional, and international partners.
- Availability to work in various time zones and travel as needed.
- Must have excellent Internet connection, working laptop, and ability to work remotely.
