- Must be a Lecturer I with PhD or equivalent for at least three years
- Minimum of five years teaching experience and postgraduate supervision exposure
- At least 32 publication points with 12 obtained since last promotion
- Good conduct and demeanour in line with the University code of conduct
- NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
