Operations Lead
Job Summary
- As Operations Lead, you will lead manufacturing and operations, oversee supply chain, quality, and product development. You will ensure timely delivery, Good Manufacturing Practice/regulatory compliance, drive cost savings, and support faster product launches for local and international markets.
Key Requirements
- 5–8 years’ operations experience in beauty/FMCG.
- Strong background in supply chain, production planning, inventory, and third party Logistics.
- Proven cost savings delivery without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of cosmetic/home fragrance regulations.
- Solid Quality Assurance / Quality Control and SOP implementation experience.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
