Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Operation Officer, located in Nigeria. The Operation Officer will be responsible for managing daily banking operations, ensuring efficient processes, and supporting overall operational goals. Tasks will include monitoring operational systems, handling customer transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to process improvements. The role will also involve effective communication with team members and stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Operations Management and Finance skills, including a solid understanding of financial processes and operational best practices
• High-level Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with team members and provide outstanding customer support
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and solve complex problems
• Excellent Communication abilities, both oral and written, to interact with stakeholders and report operational updates
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with financial regulations in Nigeria
• Previous experience in the financial services or banking sector is an advantage
