On-Field Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to construction site, furniture makers, retailers, and wood workshops within assigned locations to gather market insights and customer data
- Identify, generate, and follow up on sales leads
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support field sales and in-store sales operations
- Keep basic records of sales activities and customer interactions
Requirements & Skills
- 0–2 years experience in sales (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Must reside within the Ajah axis
- Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer service
Minimum Qualification
- OND or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work on the field and handle data collection
