OEM Product Sale Personnel
Role Overview
- As an OEM Product Sales Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and promoting Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products within industrial sectors. This role requires a combination of technical understanding and sales acumen to effectively meet client needs and achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for OEM products within the Oil & Gas, Power, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their technical and commercial needs.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing and product delivery.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial engineering or OEM product sales.
- Strong knowledge of industrial engineering products, systems, and solutions.
- Proficient in understanding and explaining technical product specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and grow customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field is required.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with the Oil & Gas, Power, or Manufacturing industries in Nigeria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
