Night Auditor
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-of-day audits of sales, cash, credit card transactions, and POS reports
- Reconcile daily revenue from the restaurant and lounge, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Prepare daily financial and operational reports for management
- Ensure accurate posting of charges, payments, and adjustments
- Secure cash, receipts, and financial documents in accordance with company policies
- Monitor overnight operations to ensure compliance with financial controls and service standards
- Coordinate with management regarding any irregularities or notable events
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and guest information
- Support closing procedures for fine dining and lounge operations
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in accounting or hospitality management is a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, night audit, or accounting preferred
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic accounting software
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Work Environment
- Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fast-paced, upscale hospitality setting requiring discretion and reliability
