Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee M&E/MEAL frameworks, tools, and systems in line with project objectives and donor requirements.
• Lead the collection, analysis, verification, and reporting of program data to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support program teams in developing indicators, logframes, and performance measurement plans.
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines, organizational policies, and humanitarian standards (CHS, SPHERE).
• Conduct routine field monitoring, evaluations, and data quality assessments.
• Facilitate learning, adaptive management, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Prepare high-quality donor reports, dashboards, and analytical briefs.
• Build the capacity of staff and partners on M&E tools and best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Monitoring & Evaluation within humanitarian or development programs.
• Experience working with donor-funded projects (UN, EU, USAID, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as Kobo Toolbox, ODK, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of accountability, learning, and data protection principles.
