Mid-Level Stockbroker
Job Summary
- The Mid-Level Stockbroker is responsible for executing trades on behalf of clients, providing investment advice, and managing client portfolios to achieve financial objectives. The role requires strong market knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilites
- Execute buy and sell orders for equities, bonds, and other financial instruments on behalf of clients.
- Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and company performance to inform investment decisions
- Provide clients with tailored investment advice based on their financial goals and risk appetite.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through relationship management and business development
- Analyze financial data, market reports, and investment opportunities
- Prepare and present periodic portfolio performance reports to clients.
- Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with research analysts and other financial professionals to develop investment strategies
- Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and new financial products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in stockbroking, investment advisory, or financial markets
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIS, SEC license, or equivalent)
