Marketing/Sales Executive
Responsibilities
- Actively promote and market the company’s real estate products
- Develop and execute rmrketirg and sales strategies to company targets
- Identify r-Ew business opportunities ard follow lecds
- Conduct property inspections and client site tcurs
- Manage client inquiries, provide professiornl advice, and maintain relationships
- Maintain records of sales activities and prepare weekly/rnonthly reports
- Represent the cornpany at real estate events, expos and networking opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketirv Business Adrnin or related fields
- 1—3 years of experience in sales/nuketing (real estate experience a plus)
- Excellent cornmulication, negotiation. and hteq*rsmal skills
- Self-rnotivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- Strong presentation and skills
- Ability to build trust and connect with high-net-worth individuds
- Must be based in Abuja or willing to relocate
