Marketing Lead
JOB SUMMARY:
- The team lead is responsible for coordinating the OOH team, supporting management and ensuring targets are reached. The candidate must be result-driven and sales oriented, delegate responsibilities, motivate the team and holding meetings.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing activities and internal communications related to outdoor advertising campaign for the company’s client and ensure on-time and contractual campaign execution while delivering excellence customer service.
- Negotiate advertising contracts with clients.
- Coordinate, manage, and deliver proof of performance information to clients.
- Resolve problems during the campaign by investigating; identifying solutions, notifying managers and clients handling touts.
- Monitor Operations to ensure appropriate execution of their duties.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication structure.
- Monitor team performance and motivate team members.
- Communicate any issues with management to meet business goals successfully.
- Follow-up on clients for debt recovery.
- Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for business.
- Prospect for new advertising sites and new advertising ideas.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual report on update of accounts.
EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENT
- BSC, MBA, in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 – 8 years’ experience as a Sales/Marketing Lead.
- Relevant professional qualification both local & International will be an added advantage.
