Marketing and Loan Officer
- We are seeking experienced and result-oriented Marketing / Loan Officers to drive deposit mobilization, loan generation, and portfolio management while maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal credit policies.
Key Duties:
- Source, appraise, and process loan applications in line with credit policy
- Mobilize deposits and market bank products
- Monitor loan portfolio and ensure timely repayments
- Conduct field visits and customer due diligence
- Prepare credit appraisal reports and loan documentation
- Participate in marketing campaigns and business development activities
- Cross-sell bank products (savings, current accounts, digital banking, etc.)
- Prepare reports and comply with CBN/MFB policies
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in relevant discipline
- 1–3 years MFB experience (preferred)
- Strong sales, credit analysis, and recovery skills
- Target-driven, good communication, Willingness to engage in fieldwork and marketing activities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, and core banking applications)
