Marketers (Sales & Lead Generation)
We are hiring aggressive and target-driven Marketers to generate leads, drive property awareness, and convert prospects into buyers. This role requires consistent field and digital marketing efforts with a strong focus on closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, and referrals
- Promote properties via social media, WhatsApp, and direct marketing
- Engage prospects and push for site inspections
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into actual buyers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Work with client relations team to ensure smooth conversion process
- Provide feedback on market response and client objections
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in sales/marketing (real estate is an advantage)
- Strong ability to prospect, follow up, and close deals
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Must be goal-oriented and highly proactive
- Willingness to do both online and field marketing
- Good knowledge of tele marketing/ digital marketing is an added advantage
Strict KPIs
- Daily lead generation target
- Number of site inspections booked weekly
- Conversion rate (lead to payment)
- Monthly sales/closure target
Compensation
- Base salary(200k) + high commission on each sale
- Performance bonuses for exceeding targets
- Salary review based on performance
