Maintenance / Workshop Manager
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance / Workshop Manager to oversee the maintenance operations and workshop activities, ensuring all equipment, machinery, and facilities are operating efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all maintenance and workshop operations
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance schedules are effectively implemented
- Manage and lead a team of technicians and workshop staff
- Diagnose faults and ensure timely repairs of equipment and machinery
- Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards
- Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and performance metrics
- Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years experience in maintenance or workshop management
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and repair processes
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
