As a Logistics Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for optimizing the current logistics process into a safe, cost efficient and resilient strategy.
• Ensure all fleet and logistics needs are met in terms of schedule feasibility, in both long-term and short-term windows.
• Manage the department on fleet and logistic issues, ensuring that the operation is delivered to the required levels of resilience.
• Ensure a robust fleet management and logistics team.
• Optimize requirements from all stakeholders (external and internal)
• Maintain fleet levels for peak seasons and off-peak seasons ahead of the operational month and coordinating changes where required.
• Optimize all fleet route planning and logistics movements.
• Take ownership of all fleet and logistics operations, including reporting and distribution to key stakeholders
• Handle 3rd party logistics parties especially with cargo options through air, land (within and outside Lagos).

Must-Have for the position:

• HND/ B.Sc in any related field
• 3-4 years experience managing a logistics team with a sizeable fleet size.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Verifiable leadership skills.
