Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified and passionate individual to serve as a Lecturer in our MBA program. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background, a proven record of research and publication, and significant teaching experience at the postgraduate level. The position involves teaching, research, and service responsibilities, with a focus on contributing to the growth and development of the MBA program.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities Teaching
- Design and deliver high-quality courses in the MBA program, fostering critical thinking, analytical skills, and practical application of business concepts.
- Research: Engage in impactful and relevant research activities, contributing to the academic reputation of the university. Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at conferences.
- Supervision: Mentor and supervise graduate students in their research projects, theses, and dissertations.
- Service: Contribute to the academic community through committee work, program development, and other university service activities.
Qualifications
- A Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the postgraduate level.
- A strong record of research and publication in reputable journals.
- Experience in mentoring and supervising graduate students.
- Active involvement in professional organizations and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
