Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales executive to join our team at Pella Group (Sabo, Ikorodu). For this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products and services, ensuring productivity, identifying potential clients, generating leads, engaging with prospects, negotiating and closing deals, and contributing to the company’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet your personal monthly target and work closely with each sale executive to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and objectives. Analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.
• Outdoor Marketing: Develop and execute outdoor marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate leads. This includes identifying target markets, organizing promotional events, coordinating advertising campaigns, and utilizing various marketing channels effectively.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Foster customer loyalty and satisfaction through excellent service, effective communication, and timely resolution of any issues or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Outdoor marketing or similar roles, preferably in a related industry.
• Applicant must reside around Ikorodu environs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Proven track record in sales or customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to negotiate contract and close sales.
