Responsibilities
- Audit FTTH document kits for OLT, ODN, and Home-pass (FAT/NAP, cable routing, splice maps, port assignments, test reports).
- Verify end-to-end link test results (CO to customer drop) and ensure optical loss meets GPON standards.
- Manage snag list for fiber routing, labeling, and cabinet quality; drive contractors to close all issues.
- Coordinate site walk-throughs and obtain PAT/FAC sign-off for project handover.
- Track acceptance progress and ensure timely delivery of Home Pass.
Requirements
- Familiar with FTTH/GPON architecture (OLT, ODN, splitter, FAT/NAP, ODF).
- Strong focus on documentation completeness and data accuracy.
- Experience in FTTH acceptance or ODN delivery preferred.
- Ability to push contractors for quick defect rectification.
- Good coordination and customer communication skills.
