Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and process loan applications from SME clients
- Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses
- Manage a portfolio of SME loans, ensuring timely repayments and minimizing defaults
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in SME lending or related field
- Strong understanding of credit principles and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
