About The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team.
  • This is a senior leadership role responsible for the effective management of a diverse residential and/or commercial property portfolio, delivering exceptional client service, and leading high-performing teams.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor to property owners, ensuring assets are well managed, compliant, and optimised to achieve clients’ investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take overall responsibility for the management of assigned residential and commercial property portfolios.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Oversee rent collection, service charge administration, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead, supervise, and develop Property Managers, Officers, and site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards.
  • Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and performance reviews to clients.
  • Handle escalated tenant and client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance asset value, improve efficiencies, and support business growth.
  • Support the onboarding of new properties and handover of new developments into management.

Person Specification

  • Candidates should possess a Degree in Estate Management.
  • Professional membership (NIESV, RICS) is required.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in property management, with proven experience managing large or complex portfolios.
  • Strong leadership and people management capability.
  • Excellent client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of service charge management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware, and detail-oriented.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
