- Coordinated Monthly and Quarterly Performance Reviews with timely reports, scorecards, and action items.
- Monitored daily performance, tracked targets vs. actuals, and escalated gaps.
- Applied MIS codes accurately for reporting and insights.
- Supported SBU allocation for proper transaction and revenue attribution.
- Managed pool System application for fair and accurate performance measurement.
- provided performance insights to business units to drive target achievement.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in a numerical discipline (Accounting, Economics Finance, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Commercial Banking or performance/operations roles.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills With knowledge Of banking performance frameworks. proficient in MIS and performance reporting tools.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder managementskills.
