JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Good understanding of financial products, services, and operational processes.
- Proficiency in banking software, CRM Tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (MBA, ICAN, ACCA, CIS, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in business development or sales within financial services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, preferably within the financial services sector
- Proven track record of managing budgets, financial reporting, and audits.
- Proficient in financial management software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle
- Financials) and advanced knowledge of MS Excel and other financial modeling tools
