About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Lead*to oversee technical operations and administrative processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations, efficient team performance, and proper maintenance of equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily technical operations and production activities
- Manage and lead technical staff, ensuring high performance and accountability
- Oversee maintenance and proper functioning of machinery (e.g., laser edge banding machines and related equipment)
- Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices
- Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize downtime
- Coordinate with management to plan and execute projects

Technical Understanding:
- Solid knowledge of machine repair with the ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure efficient operations.
Administrative Skills:
- Strong ability in planning, reporting, documentation, and organizing workflows to maintain smooth and structured operations.
Leadership Ability:
- Proven experience managing teams, enforcing operational standards, and driving performance to meet organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of machinery operations and maintenance
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
- Strong communication and team management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with machine operation and supervision
- Familiarity with ERP systems or maintenance planning tools
- Background in industrial operations
