Job Summary
- A leading organization in the Marine & Offshore Services sector is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the Director while overseeing secretariat coordination, travel & immigration processes, and facility/estate operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar, meetings, and travel logistics
- Draft and review high-level correspondence and reports
- Coordinate executive/board meetings (agendas & minutes)
- Oversee facility and estate operations for the Executive Office
- Manage visa applications, renewals, and immigration compliance
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND
- 5+ years relevant experience in executive support
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Experience handling travel & immigration processes
- High level of confidentiality, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.

- Prospect and visit new clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage customer requirements and recommend solutions.

- Close sales and meet targets.
- Provide after-sales support.
- Prepare reports for the MD.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demos.
- Support marketing activities and exhibitions.
- Collaborate with technical teams and solve client issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemical / Food Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in sales engineering, technical sales or application engineering within filtration/separation or related industries.
- Strong understanding of filtration technologies such as membrane filtration, cartridge filters, separators, and centrifuges.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
