• We are seeking smart, motivated, and enthusiastic NYSC Corp Members to join our Logistics and Operations team as Trainees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily logistics and fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling, dispatch coordination, and tracking.
• Support in preparing operational reports, trip logs, and performance records.
• Collaborate with drivers and operations staff to ensure efficient movement of goods and timely deliveries.
• Participate in monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance with company policies.
• Learn and support general administrative tasks within the operations unit.

Requirements

• Current NYSC Corps Member posted to Lagos.
• Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Compensation

• Monthly Stipend: N70,000
• Retention Opportunity: Outstanding performers may be offered full-time employment after the service year.
