Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule social media content calendars to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
  • Engage with decision makers, devise and executing strategic engagement plans to grow and expand the business within the key accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain long term trust based relationship with high volumes of clients to foster organic growth and long term Company’s goals.
  • Conduct regular social media audits and performance analysis to track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content strategy and performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify social media reach and engagement.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to monitor progress, address the queries,and resolve any issue or concerns.
  • Develop and implement crisis management protocols and response strategies for social media channels.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on social media performance and ROI.
  • Stay updated on platform-specific features and updates to leverage new opportunities for engagement and growth.
  • Foster a positive and engaging community of followers and advocates for the brand on social media platforms.

Method of Application

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process Accounts Payable invoices in line with business rules
  • Matching invoice to Purchase Orders and Goods Receipt Note
  • Enter matched invoices accurately
  • Run invoices due for payment report for approval
  • Upload payment files for approval
  • Process credit notes and match to supplier invoices
  • Track and process approved employee expense claims
  • Perform monthly supplier reconciliation
  • Maintain supplier master file
  • Ensure timely response to supplier queries
  • Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports
  • Drive continuous improvement across the Accounts Payable process

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years experience.
