Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing & Preparation: Assisting with counting, packaging, and labeling prescriptions for pharmacists to check.
• Customer Service: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, and assisting with over-the-counter medication inquiries.
• Inventory Management: Restocking shelves, monitoring stock levels, and checking for expired medications.
• Administrative Tasks: Updating patient records, handling cash transactions, and managing, ordering, or receiving stock.
• Safety & Maintenance: Cleaning workspaces and ensuring proper storage of medications. 

Work Environment
