Responsibilities

• Own the full development cycle: From architecting scalable backends to support designing sleek, user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, high-performing code that doesn’t just work but sets new standards in efficiency and scalability. You will also review PRs for team members.
• Maintain DevOps pipelines: manage and design CI/CD, automate tests, releases, and rollbacks.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to translate ideas into powerful digital experiences.
• Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

Platform Integration & Process Enablement

• Collaborate with tech teams on feature logic, automation, and system improvements
• Define approval flows and operational checks, and process

People Management & Adoption 

•  Onboard teams onto new platform workflows.
•  Design training programs and usage protocols.
•  Promote process accountability, collaboration and efficient adoption of systems.

Compliance Monitoring & Reporting

•  Monitor adherence to booking compliance, operational processes and platform usage standards
•  Resolve conflicts and provide actionable insights through reports for leadership
