Job Summary
- As the Business Development Manager, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s presence within the pharmaceutical and healthcare market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Develop and implement sales and market expansion strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development within the Health or Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong network within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical distribution ecosystem
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Summary
- As the IT Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions including networks, servers, and systems while supporting project execution and ensuring optimal system performance.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, and system issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Support IT infrastructure deployment during project execution and assist with system upgrades
- Implement network security measures and maintain system performance and reliability
- Maintain technical documentation and provide technical support to internal teams and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in network or IT infrastructure engineering roles
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and support is required
- Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and infrastructure management
