Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the school.
- Oversee academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school.
- Develop and implement the school’s vision, mission, and long-term growth plans.
- Ensure high academic standards across all sections (Early Years, & Primary,)
- Supervise theHeads of Departments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, inspection, and accreditation requirements.
- Lead staff recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
- Manage stakeholder relationships including parents, board members, partners, and regulators.
- Uphold strong ethical standards, discipline, and school culture.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 years experience.
