Role Scope
- Lead end-to-end bread production operations in line with SOPs and quality standards
- Drive production efficiency, waste reduction, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, Maintenance, HR, and Factory Operations
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of bread to all outlets
- Lead and manage production teams, performance, and KPIs
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, health, and regulatory standards.
Role Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc. / HND with a background in Food Science or related food-based discipline
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in bakery or food production
- Industry Exposure: FMCG experience required (QSR experience is an advantage)
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of SAP/ERP.
